The Start
For a long time, Janki felt like a stranger in her own body. As a busy professional working a demanding 9-to-5, she was caught in a draining cycle that many high-achievers know all too well: giving everything to the job, only to suffer a total physical and mental collapse the moment she stepped through the front door.

After 12 months of following the roadmap, Janki achieved an incredible milestone: dropping from 82kg to 57kg. But for Janki, the 25kg weight loss is only the beginning of the story. While she has reached her checkpoint, Janki’s journey is evolving. With her wedding set for next year, she has shifted her focus from weight loss to high performance. She is now working toward new fitness goals, using the habits she built to ensure she feels her absolute strongest as she walks down the aisle.
