The mental load of her career, combined with a lack of structure, led to a reality of low energy and &#8220;food overwhelm.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI felt nothing like myself,\u201d Janki recalls. \u201cI was mentally drained and would spend my evenings crashing on the sofa, binge-eating my favorite snacks because I didn&#8217;t have the energy to do anything else.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Trigger Point<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Janki reached a plateau where she realized that the &#8220;all-or-nothing&#8221; approach of extreme dieting was only making things worse. She didn&#8217;t need more restriction; she needed a rescue plan that actually fit into her real life\u2014one that didn&#8217;t feel like a punishment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She knew that if she wanted to show up better in her professional life and feel confident in her personal life, she had to stop the cycle of burnout and binging. She was ready to move away from the &#8220;crash and burn&#8221; mentality and toward something sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That was when she decided to take the first step and ask for help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taking on the Journey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Janki\u2019s transformation wasn&#8217;t built on starvation or 2-hour gym sessions. It was built on structure, balance, and consistency. But for Janki, the 25kg weight loss is only the beginning of the story. The real win is the newfound confidence, strength, and self-belief she carries into every room. She is now thriving\u2014personally, professionally, and emotionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has mastered the art of &#8220;real life&#8221; fitness: knowing how to enjoy meals out, navigate holidays, and stay on track without ever feeling deprived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Next Chapter: The 2027 Bride<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While she has reached her checkpoint, Janki\u2019s journey is evolving. With her wedding set for next year, she has shifted her focus from weight loss to high performance.
