Reproductive Health Uganda is selling off used assets and invites interested individuals and organizations to submit bids. Bidding documents will be issued upon payment of a non-refundable cash fee of UGX 10,000 to the Association’s Cashier. This fee applies per motor vehicle or motorcycle being bid for. For bidders interested in items other than motor vehicles or motorcycles, a single payment of UGX 10,000 is required regardless of the number of items applied for under that category. A copy of the receipt issued by the cashier must accompany the application documents.
The items can be inspected at the indicated locations. Items located at RHU headquarters may be viewed upon prior appointment with the Logistics and Supplies Manager, while items at upcountry stations can be viewed through the respective clinic in-charges. All items are sold on an “as is” and “where is” basis, and each item has a reserve price below which it cannot be sold.
Sealed bids clearly marked “Tender to Purchase Used Materials” should be addressed to the Executive Director, Reproductive Health Uganda, Plot 2 Katego Road off Kiira Road and Tufnell Drive, P.O. Box 10746, Kampala (Tel: 0414-540658 / 0312-207100). Bids must be delivered and dropped in the designated box at the above address not later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, 17th November 2022.
