Provide Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) services to all clients according to Ministry of Health (MOH) and RHU guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) services in accordance with MOH and RHU guidelines
- Offer high-quality, client-centered, and confidential SRHR services to all clients
- Conduct counseling on family planning, STI/HIV prevention, maternal health, and adolescent-friendly services
- Ensure proper screening, treatment, and referral of clients as required
- Maintain accurate and timely service delivery records, registers, and reports
- Uphold infection prevention and control (IPC) standards at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, Clinical Medicine, or a related health field
- Valid registration and practicing license with the relevant professional council
- At least 1–3 years’ experience providing SRHR or reproductive health services
- Knowledge of MOH SRHR guidelines and standards of care
- Ability to provide youth-friendly and gender-sensitive services
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
