The role will support, and manage the project budget, work plan and project team within RHU. This position will manage relationships with external stakeholders, coordination of employees responsible for technical, financial and service delivery activities associated with the WISH2ACTION Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the WISH2ACTION Project
- Supervise project teams and coordinate youth-focused program delivery
- Manage partnerships and stakeholder engagement at national and community levels
- Ensure quality, culturally sensitive youth programming and safeguarding standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Public Health, or Development Studies is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience managing donor-funded projects, preferably in youth, SRHR, or community development programs
