To coordinate the delivery of Integrated Reproductive Health Services to the target population within the designated cluster/sub-region, while maintaining a high quality of care at different service delivery points.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of integrated reproductive health services within the assigned cluster/sub-region
- Provide technical and operational support to service delivery points to ensure quality, safe, and client-centered care
- Supervise, mentor, and support health facility teams and outreach staff within the cluster
- Ensure adherence to national guidelines, WISH standards, and RHU quality-of-care frameworks
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor outreach activities, mobile clinics, and community service delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, Clinical Medicine, or a related health field
- Registration with a relevant professional council is an added advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in reproductive health or SRHR service delivery programs
- Proven experience supervising health workers or coordinating service delivery teams
