Family Planning services are designed for individuals and couples of reproductive age who wish to make informed decisions about the number, spacing, and timing of their children. At Reproductive Health Uganda, we believe everyone—regardless of marital status—has the right to access accurate information, counselling, and a full range of contraceptive options.

Through integrated, high-quality facility-based and community-level services, RHU provides modern family planning methods, including Long-Acting and Permanent Methods (LAPM), alongside counselling, referral, and follow-up care.
