Benefits of HIV/AIDS & STI Services
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are infections passed from one person to another through sexual contact, and in some cases through blood or from mother to child during birth. Early detection means early treatment. Left untreated, some STIs can cause serious health problems — but most are easily treated when found early.
Knowing your HIV status is an empowering choice — for your health, your future, and your loved ones. Regular testing means you can access early treatment, protect your partners, and live a full, healthy life.
If you are sexually active, we recommend regular screening. Your healthcare provider can guide you based on your situation.
