Interpretation
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

- Country refers to: Uganda.
- Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Reproductive Health Uganda (RHU).

- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

- Website refers to Reproductive Health Uganda, accessible from https://www.rhu.or.ug/.

If liability is established, it shall be limited to the amount paid by You through the Service, or a maximum of 100 USD where no payment has been made.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
