Deliver rights-based services including for safe abortion and HIV
Project summary: The main focus of this project is to help provide and promote the linking and integration of sexual and reproductive health and HIV.in RHU policies, programmes and services, and to offer value added services such as long term and permanent methods of contraception, etc.
The main activities will include delivery of SRH services all static clinics, delivery of SRH information and services through CBRHAs and Community mobilizers, conducting service and social franchisee clinics stocking service of delivery points with necessary SRH commodities, Continuous QOC monitoring and technical assistance. and incinerators for waste products will be erected at four of the service delivery points .
RHU will also Provide post abortion care services including counselling, manual vacuum aspiration, post abortion family planning. Father more will provide safe motherhood services including antennal care, safe clean deliveries and postnatal care.
Kampala, Iganga, Kapchorwa, Mityana, Fort Portal, Luwero, Tororo, Hoima, Lira, Apac, Arua Kabale Mbale, Mbarara and Gulu.
