This<br>visual content will complement the already existing interventions to increase access to sexuality education to different audiences especially young people.<br>Therefore, in relation to the Terms of Reference (ToR), RHU seeks to recruit an experienced AD agency to support in development of this mass media campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.qrolic.com\/rhu-block-theme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Terms-of-Reference-ToR-for-AD-Agency.pdf\">DOWNLOAD TOR HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Essential Minimum and Professional Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The applicant must be a reputable communications company or individual with expertise<br>in copy writing and developing campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significant experience in providing relevant services and excellent track record of<br>completion of similar tasks in a timely manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant technical knowledge, skills and extensive work in developing key behavior<br>change communication messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge on public health specifically Sexual Reproductive and Health Rights and<br>Sexuality Education is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The applicant (AD agency) should be based in Uganda and has demonstrated<br>understanding of the dynamics of communications in Uganda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application specifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates interested in the position will be expected to provide the following documentation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A detailed response to the ToR, with specific focus addressing the scope of work methodology to be used (a brief general description of the approach you would use to<br>undertake this task) and key selection criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initial work plan based on the methodology outlined, and availability of the applicant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company profile or CV including a minimum of 3 references<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed budget breakdown based on expected daily rates and initial work plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter of interest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appendices of the following; draft budget and work plan; a copy of similar work for previous similar assignment conducted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that the proposal shall not be reviewed if it exceeds more than 6 pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to apply:<br><\/strong>Interested and suitably qualified entities\/or ad agencies should provide a technical and financial proposal together with a cover letter, detailed CV\/s, including three references no later than<br>5:00PM EAT July 10th, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send application to the Advocacy and Communications Manager Reproductive Health Uganda and Reach A Hand Uganda, via email to <a href=\"mailto:rhu@rhu.or.ug\">rhu@rhu.or.ug<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:info@reachahand.org\">info@reachahand.org<\/a> copied to <a href=\"mailto:dkabahuma@rhu.or.ug\">dkabahuma@rhu.or.ug<\/a>; <a href=\"mailto:bata@reachahand.org\">bata@reachahand.org<\/a> indicating in the subject line &#8221; Consultancy for development of mass media campaign messages \u2013 RHU &amp; RAHU&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Only short-listed candidates will be notified.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Support the development of a mass media campaign on Sexuality Education for Reproductive Health Uganda, Reach A Hand Uganda, and partners.
