Role Overview
Own the fulfillment operation end to end — picking, packing, shipping, and carrier performance for nationwide cash-pay orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fulfillment operations and team across pick/pack/ship
- Optimize throughput, accuracy, and order turnaround
- Manage carrier relationships and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx)
- Oversee cold-chain / temperature-controlled shipping where required
- Maintain inventory accuracy and fulfillment KPIs
- Ensure compliant handling and packaging of pharmaceutical shipments
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of fulfillment or warehouse management experience required
- Experience with shipping platforms and carrier logistics
- Proven team leadership and process optimization
- Familiarity with regulated or temperature-sensitive shipping a plus
Preferred
- Pharmacy or healthcare logistics background
