Role Overview
Supervise a shift or team within fulfillment, keeping picking, packing, and shipping accurate and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pick/pack/ship activity and associates
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards
- Train and coach fulfillment associates
- Coordinate with the Fulfillment Manager on staffing and flow
- Support cold-chain and compliant packaging procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of fulfillment/warehouse experience required, including lead or supervisory experience
- Experience with shipping and order systems
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Preferred
- Pharmacy/healthcare fulfillment experience
