Role Overview
Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations across both sites — staffing, workflow, throughput, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pharmacy workflow, scheduling, and staffing across locations
- Drive throughput, turnaround times, and operational KPIs
- Partner with compliance to uphold USP and board standards
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Coach and develop pharmacy staff
- Implement process and technology improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy operations or management experience required
- Strong understanding of compounding pharmacy workflow
- Proven team leadership and process-improvement track record
- Experience with pharmacy management/ERP systems
Preferred
- PharmD or CPhT
- 503A operations experience
