{"id":958,"date":"2026-06-20T07:39:35","date_gmt":"2026-06-20T07:39:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:10055\/?post_type=career&#038;p=917"},"modified":"2026-06-25T11:17:40","modified_gmt":"2026-06-25T11:17:40","slug":"pharmacy-compliance-manager","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/dev.qrolic.com\/rxhere\/career\/pharmacy-compliance-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Pharmacy Compliance Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Role Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Own RxHere\u2019s regulatory and quality compliance program across our 50-state 503A operation \u2014 policies, inspections, licensing, and USP standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain and audit USP &lt;795>\/&lt;797>\/&lt;800> compliance programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage multi-state (50-state) pharmacy licensing and registrations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare for and manage board of pharmacy and accreditation inspections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, maintain, and train staff on SOPs and policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee documentation, recordkeeping, and corrective actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor regulatory changes and implement timely updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PharmD or equivalent regulatory\/quality background required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy compliance or regulatory experience required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep working knowledge of 503A regulations and USP standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with multi-state licensing strongly preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track record managing board of pharmacy inspections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Compliance certification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compounding pharmacy background<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role Overview Own RxHere\u2019s regulatory and quality compliance program across our 50-state 503A operation \u2014 policies, inspections, licensing, and USP standards.
