Late Arrival & No-Shows: As a Spa Theory Partner, you’re required to arrive at the appointment at least 15 minutes prior to the start time and text our booking number: 470-722-9111 upon arrival. Arriving after the appointment time, not checking in, or being a no-show may result in being eliminated from the Spa Theory network.
Checking out: We ask that you check out by texting our booking number: 470-722-9111 immediately upon departing the appointment location. This is for your safety so we know you left the appointment, and so we can begin processing your payment – which is made 24-48 hours post appointment.
Waiting Policy: A 15-minute grace from the appointment start time is given to the customer.After which, we charge them $1/minute. If a client doesn’t show after 30 minutes of the appointment time, it is automatically cancelled. Spa Theory providers will be compensated 50% of the service charge. We ask that you keep us updated if you find yourself in this situation by texting the booking number: 470-722-9111.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Compensation: Spa Theory providers will be compensated 50% of the service if the client cancels within 15 minutes of service time and have already arrived on site, or 25% of the service if the client cancels/reschedules within 1 hour of service time.
Covid Protocols Reminder: Your health and the heath of our customers is vital and something we take very seriously. Please remember to take every precaution:
- Wear a mask & gloves throughout your appointment.
- Only use clean/unused bedsheets for massages/facials; better yet – ask the customer to provide their own.
- If the customer is agreeable, open a window or see if they want to do the appointment outside.
- Wash hands immediately upon arrival & before departure.
- If you don’t feel well, or have come in contact with anyone who tested positive, please let us know immediately.
