That\u2019s right, study after study shows that Americans are stressed out this time of year. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/season-of-joy-actually-season-of-stress-for-88-percent-of-americans-300758622.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\">88% of Americans<\/span><\/a> feel stressed when celebrating the holidays. And according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apa.org\/news\/press\/releases\/2006\/12\/holiday-stress.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\">American Psychological Association<\/span><\/a>, more women than men are reporting feeling holiday stress. Entertaining, shopping, family dynamics, Covid\u2026are just some of the reasons people feel stressed during the holiday season.
