We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, worn, or handled, in accordance with health and safety regulations. This policy protects the integrity of our products and the well-being of our customers.

If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We may review your inquiry on a case-by-case basis. For hygiene reasons, replacements are only offered for unworn items, and photos may be required to confirm the issue.
