📦 Catchfords Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping across North America. Please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address to confirm eligibility.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During promotional periods, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Shipping Methods: We provide All‑Inclusive Standard Shipping through our partners: Canada Post → U.S. Customs → USPS → Final Delivery. No additional fees on delivery.
Canada: Standard shipping rates apply. Orders over $100 CAD ship free.
USA: All costs are settled upfront at checkout. You will never be charged extra at delivery.
Delivery Time: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. All estimates are provided in business days and exclude weekends and holidays. Once your order is handed to our shipping partners, transit times are determined by the carrier. We work with reliable partners who strive for timely delivery.ps

Packaging & Discretion

📦 Discreet packaging, Custom paper mailer with brand name logo and socials. No mention of recovery underwear, circumcision, frenuloplasty, or other foreskin complications.

HSA or FSA Card Purchases

Yes — many customers use their HSA or FSA benefits to purchase Catchfords recovery briefs. Coverage varies by plan, and some providers may require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).

If your plan requires one, you can download the LMN form from our site and have your doctor sign it. Most clinics complete this quickly.

If your HSA/FSA card doesn’t go through at checkout, you can still purchase normally and submit your receipt along with the signed LMN for reimbursement, depending on your plan’s requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are designed for intimate, post-surgical recovery, we must take hygiene and safety seriously—for you and every customer.
