The Program Manager plays a key leadership role in planning, implementing, and monitoring FPOP’s community-focused initiatives. You will oversee project teams, ensure high-quality program delivery, strengthen partnerships, and drive meaningful impact across all assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program activities
- Develop work plans, timelines, and performance indicators aligned with project goals
- Supervise field teams, provide guidance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Monitor program progress, collect data, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage budgets, resources, and procurement in coordination with the operations team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors, community groups, and government agencies
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities to enhance program impact
- Ensure all activities follow organizational standards, compliance requirements, and ethical guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project or program management (NGO/Development sector preferred)
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in monitoring, reporting, and using data for decision-making
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and field operations
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
